I WOULD HAVE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS AS A LITTLE GIRL. Looks somewhat like a cross between anime and Lisa Frank on a floral addiction. Don't you think?
Up at 5:30am today. It was so early, it felt strange. The stillness of dawn, paired with the looming gray skies reminded me of rainy mornings back in gradeschool, waiting for them to announce no school on my grandmother's transistor radio.
So I've showered, checked my mail, done the blog rounds, warded off an annoyingly sweet Kitty Bang Bang, watched half of Ingmar Bergman's The Seventh Seal, got tired of Ingmar Bergman's The Seventh Seal, thought about eating, decided against eating, stared at my to-do list, realized that there's nothing I can do right now from my to-do list, sat in the dining room and am now doing this blog post and oh my god it's only 7:26am!
So I guess, good morning!

I too tried to watch Bergman in the past. He's Woody Allen's number one idol.I still don't get Bergman. Oh well. I'm no longer a Woody fan anyway.
Reading your little ditty about those rainy no classes announcements -- made me so nostalgic all of a sudden. I'm not really drawing up any specific memory but that feeling of realizing you'll be spending the day in your safe, cozy house away from school, away from the rain.
Okay, back to work. It's hot!
Isn't Bergman so from another dimension??? I liked Smultronstället though, it's a little more universal. Try watching that when you have the time :-)
Wasn't that such a nice feeling, staying home, safe and cozy? No responsibilities apart from taking a bath, which you put off till the end of the day because it's nice and cold anyway. Haha
See you on Thursday!!!
