That Saturday Manet

PLEASANT PAINTINGS for a pleasant day 2 of the long weekend.

Late lunch and tea at a cafe, sitting next to a table of middle-aged folks chattering about kids, technology and random current events. Quite nice. Vitamin shopping and travel-sized toiletry shopping for next week. Quite nice too. Strolling around aimlessly at the homeware section. Very nice.

But it's time for that much dreaded wax. And oh, a text message saying "Sunny chewed up my Ultra Fine Eyeliner Brush." And oh no, I spent too much money again.

Can't we all just sit pretty?
